This Privacy Policy applies to the getcha! App (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by the Getcha! Team (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), and provided as a free service. The Application is intended for use “AS IS.”

When you download and use the Application, the Service Provider may collect certain information, including but not limited to:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Pages visited within the Application, including time, date, and duration
- Total time spent in the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application may also collect your device’s location to determine approximate geographical positioning and use it in the following ways:

Only aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with external services to support service improvement. Third-party services used by the Application maintain their own privacy policies. These include, but may not be limited to:
- Google Play Services
Information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:
- If required by law (e.g., legal processes or subpoenas)
- To protect the Service Provider’s rights, ensure user or public safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests
- To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider, who have agreed to comply with this Privacy Policy
Opt-Out Rights
You may stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application at any time through your device’s standard uninstall process or the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request deletion of your data, please contact zhiyuan_d@foxmail.com (or your preferred email), and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
The Application does not target children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact zhiyuan_d@foxmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider values the security of your information and implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data processed and stored.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
